Dogs shouldn't be too annoying.Its not hard but its not easy either if you play the game as intended and do yellow quests to your level. You can make it extremely easy if you decide to only kill green mobs and do green quests. Im baffled how many times ive already seen people doing quests/killing mobs 5 levels below them, must be boring and slow af.Try normal, and keep at it until your first big battle. Around then if you aren't already OP you're at least familiar with the controls and it's not hard to get to that point. If you feel comfortable, stick with it, if not, you might like hardcore. 2.
